Niche Moat started as an internal tool. We were running niche research the same way most Etsy sellers do — bouncing between different tools, endless Etsy searches, spreadsheets, and gut feeling. It was slow, messy, and easy to get wrong.

So we built Niche Moat to do the hard part for us — turn one idea into ranked niche picks with clear verdicts, the supporting numbers, and real products to model. No analysis paralysis.
